Steve has dedicated his 37-year career to serving as a trusted advisor to privately held businesses. Representative of over 400 engagements, he has acted as investment banker, management consultant, interim executive, investor, founder, and board member
Steve started his career with Lehman Brothers’ M&A group in New York, later moving to their office in London . Following Lehman, he served as a founding member of Holland Capital M&A practice in NY. Steve joined Privium Capital in Los Angeles in 1994.
He has also executed complex cross-border transactions with foreign buyers based in London, Paris , Spain and Switzerland and has structured deals with leading private equity groups and strategic corporate buyers.
