Jeff has more than 33 years of financial experience in merger and acquisition advisory, and private capital investment. Since joining Sigma in 1996, he has been responsible for more than $2 billion on Transactions. These transactions include diverse industries, such as manufacturing of metal parts, plastics, electronics, restaurants, Hotels and medical products, as well as construction services, energy services, business services, and various distribution industries. Jeff’s significant banking and financial background combined with his strong transaction management skills have been instrumental to Sigma success over the years.
Jeff is general partner and actively manages various investment funds including BC Growth Capital Fund, a minority equity fund, EKN Fund I, an Private Equity Fund based in Los Angeles with investments in US, Europe and Mexico as well as multiple other private equity investment entities in US and Europe.
