Erick Berry

Erick brings over 39 years of experience in deal facilitation and transactions, encompassing roles as business intermediary. At Sigma, he specializes in buy-side engagements.
Erick began his career in M&A at Citibank in New York City in 1985, focusing on Manufacturing and Distribution. Prior to founding Sigma in 1996, he managed Taurus Capital also in NYC, overseeing the M&A in US, Mexico and Canada. Additionally, Erick has a background in hospitality real estate development and asset and property management.
His previous leadership roles include serving as Manager Partner of Taurus Capital NYC. He also served as Director of GED Capital in NY from 1990- to 1993.
Currently, Erick serves as a dealmaker and director of business development at Sigma, focusing on Buy-side.
